Return Policy

At Jewels 32 customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we like to make sure you are happy with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer you the option of returning the merchandise in its original state in exchange for store credit. You may do so in person or via shipment within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please be aware that any purchase related shipping costs may not be applied towards the issued credit. Any purchases made online must be shipped back in original packaging with the original receipt, proper labels attached, unaltered and undamaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is not in its original state, which includes evidently worn body-jewelry, as a safety precaution to protect our customers. Returns are normally processed within two weeks of being received by Jewels 32.

We strongly suggest that you request a signature option from your shipping service when returning merchandise by mail. Always use reputable shipping sources and indicate the accurate value of the enclosed item(s) for your own protection.*

*Please note that Jewels 32 reserves the right to not be held accountable to issue credit for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed with Jewels 32 online will be shipped out within 2-3 business days based on stock availability. Note that orders for items not in stock may take up to 10 days to ship out; we will notify you if the item you request is a not currently in stock. We offer standard domestic service as well as priority shipping upgrade for additional applicable costs.

SHIPPING RATES

  • STANDARD DOMESTIC (scheduled to arrive within * business days from shipment date)
  • PRIORITY NEXT DAY (scheduled to arrive within the next business day from shipment date)
  • 2ND DAY AIR (scheduled to arrive within 2 business days from shipment date)
  • INTERNATIONAL* (scheduled to arrive within 7-10 business days from shipment date)

*All international shipments are subject to standard international rates provided by the US Postal Service and can change if USPS rates increase. Any additional fees such as taxes and/or duty incurred at time of delivery of shipped item(s) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
